Training For Kilimangaro

Would love some great tips from folks on their Kili Climb experience. I’m currently training for the trek up Kilimanjaro.

Prior to booking the trip my weekly workouts were resistance training 2 to 4 times a week plus some yoga so I would say I’m reasonably fit. However an upward trek over 19,000 feet is different.
